Chris Paterson won 109 caps for his country and no other Scotsman has scored more Test points than his 809. There were four World Cups, individual accolades and team achievements along the way, but when people ask about his fondest memories, his mind always drifts back to the 2003 quarter-final against Australia in Brisbane.
