Actress Ann Emery – best remembered for her roles in Rentaghost and, more recently, the stage production of Billy Elliott, has died aged 86.

Ann – who was the half-sister of comedian Dick Emery – found fame playing Ethel Meaker in the children’s TV classic, which ran from 1976-1984.
