MaKayla (@makayla_thomas_fit) shared the recipe with over 1.5 million TikTok followers.

The content creator, who had a picky family, said she was able to eat the meal with her recipe while on her weight-loss journey.

To make the “lazy girl” skillet lasagna, she started off by breaking off some egg noodles.

Next, she cooked a pound of Italian sausage along with a half cup of marinara sauce and the cooked noodles.

For a creamy layer, she combined 5 oz of Greek yogurt, a half cup of ricotta, a quarter cup of skim mozzarella, a quarter cup of parmesan, and half a teaspoon of Italian, garlic, seasoning salt, and pepper.

She added the creamy layer along with another half cup of marinara sauce.

For her kids, she added turkey pepperoni and skim mozzarella on top until melted.

A single serving was just 281 calories and included 21 grams of protein.

People took to the comments to thank her for sharing: “Yum! By the way, that pasta cooker is fire. Thanks for all your content!” said one commenter.

“Looks SO good!!!! Can you just be my personal chef at this point?!” joked another.

“I bought your holy grail cookbook and use it daily!! I love ALL the recipes in it,” said one fan.

“Oh my goodness, cheesy goodness. Adding this to next week’s menu,” said another.
