She previously opened up about her mental health on the Been Better podcast.
She said: “If you’re relying on casting directors and jobs, you’ll never be happy.”
Charlotte has also shared how she stays in shape.
She said: “Knowing I’ve been working out, healthy, and clean helps me feel sexy.
“Vegan ice cream for me is a treat on a Sunday.
“I think it’s important to take care of yourself, then I can feel my sexist knowing I’ve done everything in my power to feel good.”
