A 15-year-old girl and toddler, Liam Kowal, were out for a stroll when a 72-year-old woman allegedly crashed into the pair in Hawthorne, California on Saturday, reports The Mirror.
Emergency services found Liam ‘pulseless and not breathing’ in his pram, before he was rushed to an intensive care unit and later died.
