‘What do you do when your hospital has a shooter in it?’
Staff and patients trapped inside a New York hospital documented the chaos on Instagram as a shooter opened fire, killing one and injuring six others.
People posted photos showing themselves barricaded inside rooms at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital as police desperately tried to located Dr Henry Bello.
Police say he was wearing a lab coat to conceal his weapon as he entered at around 2.30pm today.
