Pilot being investigated over allegations he pleasured himself mid flight while wearing stocking

The British Airways Captain was allegedly removed from flying duties after The Sun alerted bosses to a series of sordid images seemingly shot in a Boeing 777.

The images were allegedly shot during a long-haul flight.

The series of steamy pics show the lingerie clad captain gripping the plane’s flight stick with his feet with his genitals out.

One image shows a leg sprawled over the dashboard while the plane appears to be on autopilot and with the co-pilot’s seat empty.

Another picture, The Sun claims, shows the pilot with his genitals exposed in a cabin’s toilet.

Spotted in the snaps is a pornographic magazine spread on the controls.

Analysis of the serial numbers in the images show they were taken on two separate planes operated by BA.

One of the serial numbers visible — GYMMB — is used on BA’s simulators and is also registered to a twin-engine Boeing.

The other — GVIIL — is also one of the 777 fleet used by BA.

The airline confirmed yesterday it was probing the images — and whether they were taken feet from passengers mid-flight.

A BA spokesman said: “We are taking these allegations extremely seriously and are investigating.”

The pilot is believed to have denied the images are of him.

If it is – the pilot who has been a captain since 1990- will not be allowed to fly again.

BA is now investigating whether the sordid snaps were taken mid-flight – a move which could have endangered those on board.

A senior airline source said investigators would examine whether the images could have been shot in a flight simulator.

Airline expert Chris Yates told The Sun: “This is very dangerous if the plane is in mid-flight.

“If you are flying, you can fly into serious turbulence.

“This person is in danger of losing his aircraft and his job.”

He said it was unlikely the pictures were taken on a simulator.

Chris added: “You can tell by the lighting it is a plane.

“There is also more going on in the control panels than on a ­simulator. It looks a live aircraft.”
