A Researcher at the Home Office in their digital team, working to improve the immigration section of GOV.UK for online visa applications, making it easier for people to use.
Over the next 6 weeks we are looking to interview individuals about their experience with online UK visa applications. We would also like to get feedback on some of our new website designs.
Our next round of interviews is this Friday (11th of August). We are looking for more people to take part.
Each interview will take 1 hour. Whoever takes part will receive £40 in shopping vouchers.
To be eligible for this research the individual must be considering renewing their UK visa in the next 6 months.
