THE son charged with the murder of his bagel millionaire mum and sister had reportedly been cut out of family fortune just weeks before their deaths.
Wealthy bagel shop owners Leah Cohen, 66, and her 33-year-old daughter Hannah were found at their £2.5million home in Golders Green, North London, on Friday night.

Officers charged Joshua Cohen, 27, with murder after he was arrested in a park on Saturday.
Now The Telegraph reports that only Mr Cohen’s two older brothers Nathan, 30, and Daniel, 34, were named as directors of well known Beigel Bake in Brick Lane, London.
It came after probate was granted on Mr Cohen’s late father Asher’ estate and the directorship of the Beigel Bake empire was altered to list two of Mr Cohen’s brothers as directors.
All three brothers were said to have worked in the family business.
Forensics officers were pictured removing items from the converted garage at the end of the family’s garden, where Cohen is believed to have lived.
The Cohens are the long-time owners of the 24-hour Beigel Bake, an institution in East London’s Brick Lane famous for its salt beef bagels.

Daniel’s wife paid tribute to the tragic mum and her daughter, who would have celebrated her 34th birthday on Wednesday.
Deborah Cohen, who jointly ran a cake-making business with sister-in-law Hannah for the last five years, told MailOnline: “She was absolutely selfless and did everything for everyone else.
“She was the greatest cook. We went over there every Sunday to eat together as a family and she made the most amazing food.”
Of her mother-in-law, Mrs Cohen added: “She was loving and generous and a wonderful mother to her five children.”
A friend of the family, who did not want to be named, described them as “really nice” and said his children went to school with Hannah’s siblings Nathan and Rachel.
He said: “They’re a really nice family but I know Josh has struggled for years with his mental illness.
“The dad only died recently too. He owned a bagel shop on Brick Lane.
“It’s a terrible shock.”

A neighbour, who did not want to be named, said he saw Cohen on Friday night.
He said: “He was wearing a big red hooded fleece with a logo on it and grey tracksuit bottoms and was heading towards the tube station, which is where other people said they saw him wandering around.”
A neighbour said she heard a commotion at the home at about 9pm on Friday.
Sara Veiga, 33, said: “I had the window down and I heard a lot of screaming and shouting. Then lots of police came. I was in shock after. I only came here a month ago and I thought this was a quiet place.”
It is believed the bloodbath was discovered by Hannah’s other brother Nathan, 30, when he returned home on Friday night.
Despite the tragedy, the usual queue of punters stretched out of the door at Beigel Bake yesterday, with five staff members serving customers. A family member at the bakery, who asked not to be named, told The Sun on Sunday: “Our hearts are broken. It’s a very difficult time. We don’t want to speak about it.”
Det Insp Ian Lott, from the Met Police, said: “This was a devastating attack on two women in their homes. Our investigation is ongoing.”
