EDDIE Murphy has been dragged into Mel B’s bitter divorce from Stephen Belafonte.
A California judge has ruled that the Spice Girls singer’s estranged husband can apply for step-visitation rights to Angel — the ten-year-old daughter she shares with the Hollywood star.

Mel, 42, lost the latest round in their court battle when she requested film producer Stephen, also 42, not to add Angel’s name into their divorce proceedings.
Despite pleas to stop the situation becoming “a media circus for an innocent little girl” the case was rejected.
His lawyer Michael Hanasab said Stephen “has been the parent that has raised this minor child since an infant” with the judge ruling against Mel’s request.
Murphy, 56, denied Angel was his, but DNA tests proved she was.
