Police arrest suspected toilet clogger

Armless toddler not allowed to eat with feet at restaurant

A three-year-old boy who was born with no arms has been denied
service at an Arkansas restaurant. The manager told the boy’s
mother that he could not sit on the table and eat with his feet,
citing health regulations. The restaurant’s corporate office has
reportedly issued an apology and said staff involved in the dispute
would receive extra training.
