Sissoko have snaked Everton!
Moussa Sissoko has completed a transfer to Tottenham Hotspur after the north London club hijacked Everton’s move for the Newcastle midfielder.
The France international looked set for a move to Goodison Park but performed a huge U-turn to leave Ronald Koeman’s side hanging to link up with Mauricio Pochettino.
The 27-year-old had agreed a deal to move to Everton after The Toffees had agreed a £30million fee.
Everton then arranged a private jet to bring him to Merseyside but Sissoko turned his phone off and they could not reach him.
News then emerged that Spurs had matched Everton’s bid and Sissoko’s agent informed Koeman’s side that they would not be signing his client.
