Manchester United fans may have been pleased with the news that Sergio Aguero would miss the Manchester derby, but this should put them firmly back in their place.
City youngster Kelechi Iheanacho should be in line to replace the suspended Aguero for next weekend’s clash at Old Trafford, and has warmed up for the game with this thumping strike for Nigeria.
The 19-year-old was one of last season’s truly under-rated performers, despite netting an impressive 14 goals in 35 games in all competitions for City.
Now set for a starring role in what will be of the Premier League’s biggest games this season, the teen forward has shown he’s ready to step up for Pep Guardiola’s side.
