Manchester City take on Barcelona for the second time in three weeks looking for a first victory against Pep Guardiola ‘s old side.
City have lost all five games against the Catalan giants and have only scored two goals in those fairly one-sided tussles.
But, as crazy as it sounds, the Blues can take heart from their first-half performance at the Nou Camp last month.
Willy Caballero will be in goal for the Blues thanks to Claudio Bravo’s red card in that fixture, while Barcelona are also missing some regular starters.
Andres Iniesta, Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba and Jeremy Mathieu are all on the sidelines and out of the contest at the Etihad Stadium.
Ahead of kick off, City remain second in Group C with four points from three games, and a victory against leaders Barcelona would be a key step in the mission to qualify for the knockout stages.
