American tennis player Steve Johnson gave an emotional interview after his second-round match victory at the French Open following the death of his father ahead of the tournament.

Johnson’s dad, Steve Sr, passed away suddenly in his sleep on May 11 at the age of 58 – something that the 27-year-old is still, understandably, coming to terms with.
Steve Sr, a tennis coach himself, spent a lot of time with Johnson on the ATP Tour and introduced his son the sport he now plays for a living.
