The two women were stabbed to death in Golders Green, north west London on Friday.
Joshua Cohen, 27, is believed to be the victim’s sister and son.
The Cohen family are said to be the owners of a 24-hour bagel hop, Beigel Bake.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Hendon Magistrates Court on Monday, 14 August.
