The Financial Conduct Authority has rebuked TSB for “not being
open and transparent” with customers about a botched IT upgrade
which locked 1.9 million out of their accounts earlier this year.
The City regulator said the bank’s communications were “poor” and
“could reduce trust in TSB and in the banking sector as a
whole”.

do indeed hold a historic summit on 12 June, they will meet in the

but remains a controversial matter for nearby residents,
politicians from all parties, environmentalists and business
