The former MTV star gave fans a look inside her LA home as she also showed off her sexy new Playboy g-string.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, 30-year-old Farrah first showcased the black pole that she installed in the living room of her apartment.
She wore a ribbed white vest and blue jeans for the reveal.
“I got my pole up again as a happy girl”, she told her followers.
As the reality icon, who recently came out of rehab, revealed the new centerpiece in her home, she added an animated sticker to the video of two dancing Playboy bunnies.

Sticking to the Playboy theme, the mom-of-one then showcased a new g-string with the brand’s signature bunny printed on the crotch.
A handwritten note revealed that the underwear was a gift.
Farrah might be feeling frisky after she revealed that she hasn’t had sex in three years.
The Iowa native was previously fired by MTV for working in adult entertainment.

But Farrah has avoided romance altogether recently.
She made the admission to Howie Mandel, 66, on his podcast, Howie Mandel Does Stuff.
After the show host asked her: “Are you dating right now?” she replied, “I haven’t dated or had sex for three years.”
Farrah continued: “I’m open to dating now that I got out of the trauma center, but I’m taking that very slow.
“Like any man I date cannot conform to society’s norms, needs 12 steps, like I’m ready for something real but I’m not in a rush.”
FRESH START
The star opted to voluntarily check herself into rehab after she struggled to cope with the aftermath of her arrest in January.
Farrah was detained after getting involved in an altercation with security at Grandmaster Recorders in Hollywood.
After completing her rehab stay, Farrah revealed her new dreams of becoming a stand-up comic.
The controversial star left the center with a new take on life as she hopes to pursue her passion in comedy.
