A person who allegedly abducted a nine-year-old lady in broad daylight earlier for tying her fingers has been identified.
Ryan Ashley Darken, 37, was charged with aggravated assault in connection with the alleged abduction when he appeared earlier at Northbridge Magistrates’ Court in Northbridge, Western Australia, on Saturday.
Charges include detaining each other with intent to prevent/impede a person from committing an act, deprivation of liberty and threats to commit an illegal act, reporting The West Australian.
Darken allegedly lured the nine-year-old lady to a silver chair near Warnbrough Primary School.
A mother or father on the faculty may have seen the lady move into the university and reported it to the university, leading to a major police operation.

Later, the lady was in distress and crying in a nearby grocery store.
Witnesses claimed she was barefoot and her toes were bound with cable ties.
