A DETERMINED gym rat stayed strong on her weight-loss journey this year and is proud of where she’s at.
Her glow up, however, didn’t come without its hardships.

TikToker Shelby Ray (@shelbyrayhunt) knows how easy it is to eventually blow off those New Year’s resolutions that you’re so excited about in January.
This year, however, was different.
She was steadfast about her weight loss goal.
“Let’s stick to our New Year’s resolution this time,” she wrote in a clip.
The young brunette shared a photo of herself from early 2023, posing on a beach in a pair of fitted jeans and a tank top.
When the slide changed to a photo of herself today, however, she appeared transformed.
Wearing a body-hugging long sleeve top and leggings, she revealed that her stomach was now snatched, her arms thin, and her legs lean.
“Ok!” she wrote, to signal that she obeyed her wish and reached her goal.
In her post, Shelby tagged the fitness studio Orangetheory – which involves cardio and weights – suggesting that was the workout that saw her lose weight and tone her figure.
Still, it wasn’t easy, as she faced her fair share of obstacles: “Not without a lot of tears and splats.”
She revealed in another clip that one of her friends stuck by her side during the wellness journey.
At the beginning of 2023, she posed with pal Addison, looking full and buxom.
At the end of 2023, the two posed together again, but this time Shelby was slender and toned.
“My bestie through thick and thin,” she ironically captioned the clip.
“Inspiring,” one viewer commented.
“You look awesome sis!” applauded another.
