THE US Open Pool Championship has concluded for another year.
Fedor Gorst beat Shane Van Boening 13-10 to claim the huge $50,000 jackpot.
It was a thrilling final between the two Americans, but the World No1 edged the epic 23-rack match to triumph at Harrah’s Resort.
Gorst became the first person to achieve a Grand Slam in the sport after triumphing in the US Open, the World Pool Championship and the World Pool Masters in 2024.
